Leadership Lubbock continues to be one of the most competitive leadership programs in the area, attracting seasoned and emerging leaders. Participants accepted into the year-long program attend monthly, day-long sessions that highlight industries and topics important to Lubbock.
Applications are CLOSED for the 2026 Leadership Lubbock class. All applications will go through a blind judging process, and judging will be completed on August 28th. Applicants will be notified of their admission decision by email, and the 2026 class will be announced on September 5th.
