The 2017 Business Expo will be held on May 11, 2017, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. Participation in the Business Expo leverages branding and marketing opportunities while benefiting from business to business networking with more than 200 exhibitors and approximately 7,000 attendees. Exhibitors will enjoy a private networking event from 9-10 a.m. prior to the doors opening at 10 a.m. Marketing for this event includes television, radio, newspaper and area billboards, as well as printed brochures and tickets mailed to more than 2,000 members of the Chamber.
This year’s theme, Superheroes, highlights the creative marketing applications from RD Thomas and will focus on connecting businesses to local community heroes.
Back by popular demand is the Expo Seminar Series, offering free seminars to attendees. Topics and speakers this year are: “You Might Be Wasting Your Advertising Budget – The Digital Age”, presented by Jerrod Shelton, Digital Media Director/Owner at Contract Cre8ive; and “Marketing and Communication Strategies of Chick-fil-A”, presented by Brandon Mulkey, Owner and Operator, Abie Rampy, Executive Director of Brand Excellence and Public Relations and Corie Williams, Director of Communications.
