- Cost savings opportunities. Qualifying groups may see savings from their current fully insured medical plan. All Savers plans are available to Lubbock Chamber of Commerce members with 5 to 50 employees.
- Offer health plans with $0 copays. Design your health plan to include $0 copays for primary care physician visits for adults and/or children under the age of 19 and $0 copays for virtual visits through HealthiestYou.
- Provide employees with opportunities to participate in wellness programs. Participation may help your employees improve their health outcomes and manage costs, as well as offer financial rewards for out-of-pocket health-related expenses when goals are reached.
