• Texas Tech University System Leadership to Speak at Lubbock Chamber Luncheon

    LUBBOCK, Texas – The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce will host the State of the Texas Tech University System Luncheon on Tues., Sept. 24 at 11:30 a.m. at the Overton Hotel & Conference Center.
    This luncheon will feature Texas Tech University System Chancellor / Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center President Tedd L. Mitchell, M.D., and Texas Tech University President Lawrence Schovanec, Ph.D.
    The Lubbock business community will be brought up to speed on the latest developments, challenges, and opportunities facing one of Lubbock’s largest economic drivers, the Texas Tech University System. Attendees will receive an update on the latest enrollment figures as well as a comprehensive overview of the recently approved TTU School of Veterinary Medicine.
