• Lubbock Chamber Unveils Annual Award Winners

    LUBBOCK, Texas – The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce has announced this year’s annual award winners to be recognized at its Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon on Thurs., Dec. 3 at 11:30 a.m. at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center.
    Ambassador of the Year: Tracey Polk, Impact Collision Centers
    Volunteer of the Year: Robert Wood, West Texas Land Guys
    Entrepreneur / Small Business of the Year: Mickey Rogers and Daniel Stanton, Café Venture Catering and Fuddruckers
    Business of the Year: Covenant Health and UMC Health System Frontline Healthcare Workers
    Business Person of the Year: Shara Konechney, Piper Boutique
    “Each and every year we are honored to recognize such a great group of leaders in our community,” said Eddie McBride, Lubbock Chamber President and CEO. “This has been a challenging year and we can’t think of a better way to wrap up 2020 than to recognize those that have made a positive impact in Lubbock, the giant side of Texas.”
