Lubbock Chamber Releases Reopening Resource Guide for Business
LUBBOCK, Texas – The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce published a “Lubbock is Open for Business” guide for reopening businesses safely in Lubbock along with workplace safety, cleaning, and PPE resources.
The guide, sponsored by Lubbock National Bank, provides specific measures for business categories to aid in a safe, thoughtful reopening. The specific recommendations in each category support the overall goal of opening businesses in a way that protects employees and customers from exposure to COVID-19 and helps prevent the virus’ spread.
“Our businesses, large and small, are helping lead the recovery effort either directly or indirectly and will continue to focus on reopening to serve their customers and employees,” said Eddie McBride, President and CEO. “The Chamber and our members partnered to help bring about access to information and resources to help keep us operating and notified of changes during the height of the crisis.”
The over 70-page document can be found here and will continue to be updated as new guidelines from the Governor are announced, as well as any additional instructions provided by local and Federal officials.
