    Average Earnings:  $90,000                          Targeted Earnings:  $120,000                       Top Producers:  $150,000
     
    This Outside Business to Business SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE sales position at Names and Numbers offers an annual salary guarantee of $40,000 or commissions earned, whichever is greater, along with strong performance-based commission opportunity, a very comprehensive benefits package and an outstanding product support team. Backed by a successful publishing history of local Business Directories On-Line, Print and Mobile since 1974, our compensation plan is designed to create uncapped earning and residual income to Top Producers. The average Sales Account Executive will earn $90,000 and top Producers will exceed $150,000 including bonus opportunity.
     
    We are looking for a consistently successful Sales Account Executive with a commitment to winning and exceeding sales quotas. The role involves establishing relationships with preferred clients, offering recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals, and consummating annual  contracts.

    Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet These Requirements:
     
    • Maintain and increase business revenues with clients and develop residual relationships
    • Acquire knowledge of client’s business needs and critical factors in order to recommend appropriate solutions and opportunities for sales revenue increases
    • Identify solution cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
    • Maintain knowledge and awareness of key industry trends and best practices
    • Some overnight travel will be required 
    • Apply successful business principals to manage the assigned territory in order to meet revenue goals consistently, enhance client satisfaction, and continue relationship expansion
    • Develop internal relationships within the Names and Numbers company and assist in the prioritization of custom client needs or inquiry resolution
     
    • Self-motivated and driven
     
     
    Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:
     
    • Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent sales experience
    • Two  years successful business to business sales experience preferred 
    • Proven business development skills
    • Track record of successful  career growth
    • Strong business acumen 
    • Success in establishing and accomplishing challenging personal goals
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills expressing concepts
    • Strong customer service skills and ability to adapt to different personalities
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Strong organization and project management skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Demonstrate good problem solving and analytical skills
    • Must have the ability to develop team relationships
