    Oversee the recruitment and development of the Agency’s workforce.

    Direct the implementation and development of Human Resources programs and services, including compliance monitoring, impacting retention and turnover.

    Manage human resource processes including, but not limited to hiring, drug testing, background checks, training, job analysis/descriptions, performance reviews, and the progressive discipline process.

    Supervise the development and administration of the authorized classification/wage and salary plan and the employee benefits plan, maintenance of personnel records including timekeeping, payroll and training records; and employee terminations.
    Coordinate and investigate employee complaints; and assist with litigation and preparation.
    Consult with the CEO and the leadership team on HR matters.

    The ability to manage team member issues and multiple, ongoing special projects are key components of this position.
