    Job Description
    Self-motivated and experienced HR Assistant needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the department, assisting with the hiring process, scheduling new employee orientations, training employees and entering of a high volume of employment records into our HR database.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Recruiting and staffing, including submitting job postings
    • Managing the performance review schedule
    • Employee orientation, development training and recordkeeping
    • Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping
    • Employee safety, welfare and health reporting
    • Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
    • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
    • Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers.

    Must have good organizational and data input skills.

    Ability to use general office equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite.

    Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive data.

    Education and/or Experience:
    High School Diploma, some college is a plus.
