Description
In his third series of cooking classes, Dirk Rambo will be bringing a guest cook to demonstrate the fine art of French cooking. Erin Owens has spent many years working in French as well as French Creole cooking techniques. Her expertise will amaze as she demonstrates the preparation of 4 classic French delicacies, mesclun salad with French herbs, apples and crumbled cheese, beef bourguignon, a French zucchini gratin, and the classic choux a la crème dessert.
