The 2018, Frenship High School Fall Musical Production, Cole Porter's “Anything Goes” is the largest collaboration between the fine arts departments this 2018-2019 School year. Band, choir, dance, and theatre will come together to create another award-winning show. Anything Goes is a story that’s spectacle will leave you on the edge of your seats and comedic genius will leave you laughing hysterically. Frenship’s 2017 production of “Cinderella” earned them 11 nominations in the Dallas Summer Musicals High School Musical Theatre Awards, bringing home both Best Actor (Noah Aguilar) and Best Actress (Sierra Roberson), being the first time in DSM HSMTA’s history for a school to bring home both of those awards. That earned them each $10,000 college scholarships and a nomination in the Jimmy Awards, The National High School Musical Theatre Awards. There they got to travel to New York for ten days of intense competition and perform on a Broadway stage. Both Noah and Sierra are returning for this year’s production of Anything Goes. Come join them as they shoot for the stars and the coveted award of Best Musical in this year’s DSM Awards. Anything Goes will be playing November 30th through December 2nd in the Frenship High School Performing Arts Center. Show times are: November 30th and December 1st @ 7:00 PM and December 1st and 2nd @ 2:30 PM. Tickets will be available online at www.frenshiptheater.com and at the door until sold out. $10 per student and $15 per adult.
