We will have a panel of elected officials, including Congressman Jodey Arrington, Lubbock County Judge Curtis Parrish, and Lubbock Mayor Dan Pope discuss life in the public eye. We will also have speakers with expertise in campaign data, campaign law, and media training.
If running for office isn't your thing, we also cover how to get involved on boards and commissions in the Lubbock community for those interested in serving in a different capacity.
Sponsorships allow tuition to be kept affordable. The graduates of this Academy include elected officials at the County, City, and School Board levels of government.
