Leadership Programs

The Lubbock Chamber offers three leadership programs: Leadership Lubbock, Focus Lubbock, and New Century Leadership, in order to enhance the quality of leadership in Lubbock. Leadership Lubbock is designed for working professionals, Focus Lubbock is designed for college students and New Century Leadership is designed for high school juniors. All three teach participants more about the Lubbock community, while improving their leadership abilities.

The Young Professionals of Greater Lubbock is now part of the Leadership Division of the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce. Young professionals ages 22-40 are invited to join today for special membership benefits. Learn more at www.yplubbock.org.
