Leadership Program for College Students

Focus Lubbock, which is patterned after Leadership Lubbock, is designed to provide college students with necessary community information and leadership skills to help them prepare for public service, shape their future and potentially retain them in Lubbock after graduation. Participating higher education institutions include Texas Tech University, Lubbock Christian University, Texas Tech Health Sciences CenterWayland Baptist University and South Plains College. Class involves seven all-day meetings, graduation banquet and a trip to Austin. Steering Committee is open to Leadership Lubbock graduates.
