Simpatico began operating in the West Texas area in the 1970’s as Business Audio Environments (BAE). BAE specialized in not only audio-visual solutions but also licensed music, surveillance systems, security, and access control.
Over the next several decades, BAE became an industry leader in these advanced business technology solutions. However, the leaders of BAE anticipated that the future of business technology would see an extensive merger of countless solutions with IT at the center of it all. IT would be the hub of the wheel and each service, a spoke.
In 2013, this revolutionary idea moved BAE to join forces with another local company who specialized in these cutting-edge IT solutions, Iron Fish Technologies, to create Simpatico Systems.
This was one of the first mergers of its kind in the country and changed the landscape for the commercial audio, security, surveillance, and advanced IT industries. This unique origin, combining technology specialties that were once separate, is what ultimately led to our name. “Simpatico” is defined as being on the same wavelength.

While Simpatico is still based in Lubbock, Texas, due to our unique industry positioning that our competitors cannot duplicate, our reach has expanded significantly. Simpatico has home offices in Lubbock, Dallas, Los Angeles, as well as a heavy presence in Washington D.C. and across the United States and several countries.
