2019 marks a milestone anniversary for Enprotec / Hibbs & Todd, Inc. (eHT) – the celebration of 30 years in the professional engineering and environmental consulting industry. Since 1989, eHT has been a leader in Texas providing professional civil, environmental and geotechnical engineering consulting services. With headquarters in Abilene, Texas and branch offices in Lubbock and Granbury, eHT is led by Scott Hibbs, President/CEO and David Todd, Executive Vice President. eHT has won numerous awards for its projects including: the American Waterworks Association Texas Large Utility Indirect and Reuse Award, Engineering News-Record Best Water/Environmental Project of the Year and the WateReuse Association Large Project of the Year for the City of Abilene Hamby Water Reclamation Facility and Indirect Reuse Project; the South Central Membrane Association Small Membrane Plant of the Year and the American Public Works Association Texas Environmental Project of the Year for the City of Missouri City Surface Water Treatment Plant Project; the Environmental Protection Agency DWSRF Award for Sustainable Public Health Protection for the Possum Kingdom Water Supply Corporation Water Treatment Plant Project; and most recently, the Engineering News-Record Texas Award of Merit Project of the Year for the ACU Wildcat Stadium Project.
